The McComb School District is committed to providing a free, appropriate public education (FAPE) to students with disabilities, ages 3-21. In order to meet the unique educational needs of these students, a wide range of placement and programming options are utilized throughout the district.

Our goal in the Special Services Department is to create a culture of communication, collaboration, and celebration. We will strive to educate and empower our students to positively impact overall outcomes, now and in the future. With daily commitment and team effort to create and maintain a culture and climate of inclusivity, cohesiveness, equity, and excellence, we will serve and support students and staff.

Our vision is: "Engage students to eXplore and Communicate to be Empowered Learners (EXCEL) through an experience of excellence for student growth and success in school and life."

Our Mission in the Special Services Department is: Educate and E.X.C.E.L.!

As the Special Services Team, we will navigate with, in, and to excellence. Our main task is to always be dedicated to ensuring that all students are served equitably, timely, and in an inclusive culture to foster a future of limitless possibilities.

I look forward to working with and for you so we can persistently make a positive impact.
