McComb School District is taking proactive steps to prepare for the 2024-2025 school year by hosting a three-day Instructional Coaching Institute. Content specialists participated in this training, designed to bolster support for teachers and administrators. The institute was facilitated by Dr. Stephanie Harper of Harper Educational Consulting, LLC, who focused on "The Culture of Coaching."
Key elements included relationship building, coaching conversations, the instructional coaching cycle, and developing coaching SMART goals. This initiative underscores the district's commitment to fostering a collaborative and effective educational environment.
